As part of the 2026 Bicentennial Lunch & Learn Speaker Series, Pebble Hill Plantation Program Coordinator Kitty Spivey and Georgia Department of Natural Resources Wildlife Biologist Anna Yellen will present a lunchtime lecture exploring how centuries of conservation have shaped the region’s ecology and share ways community science projects can help make a difference today.
This program is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring their lunch; light refreshments will be provided.
Part of a collaborative Bicentennial series presented by the Thomasville History Center, Jack Hadley Black History Museum, and Pebble Hill Plantation.
